Personalisation & Exemption Notice
In accordance with the UK Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations, personalised and custom-made items are non-refundable and exempt from standard 14-day cancellation rights once production has started. Please double-check all custom details (names , spelling, font choices, and decal colours) before placing your order.
Handcrafted Character & Assembly
All keyrings and bookmarks are individually hand-decorated using precision decals and permanent vinyl application:
• Minor variations in decal alignment, placement, or tassel colour shades are natural features of the hand-application process and make every piece unique.
• Acrylic blanks may feature subtle cut lines or edge characteristics inherent to manufacturing.
• Screen displays and monitor settings may cause actual decal and tassel colours to differ slightly from digital previews.
Care Instructions
To preserve the custom decal application and maintain your accessories long-term:
• Avoid Direct Excessive Heat & Friction – Prolonged exposure to high heat or aggressive friction inside cluttered bags/pockets against sharp metal keys may cause edge wear on raised decals over time.
• Cleaning – Wipe gently with a dry or slightly damp microfibre cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals, alcohol wipes, acetone, or abrasive scrubbers, as these will damage the acrylic surface and decal adhesive.
• Gentle Handling – Handle tassels with care to prevent excessive pulling or unraveling.
Note: Items damaged as a result of harsh chemical cleaning, aggressive surface scratching, or normal heavy wear and tear are not eligible for replacement or refund.
